What?
Mexico City is a city of almost 30 million people, and is only 1.5% evangelical. The vast majority of people in the city are nominal folk Catholic. The city is divided into over 4000 colonias (neighborhoods) of one to five thousand people each. Of these, over 3000 colonias have no evangelical church. Personnel from our organization are working with local churches in the city to train and equip church planters to establish churches in these unreached neighborhoods. Our job will be to come along side these church planters, mentoring, training, and helping them in this difficult job. We are very excited about the opportunity to be involved in what God is doing in Mexico City, and look forward to getting started in December.
